Order:

Please, send us the printable files in an e-mail to the plot@plot.hu e-mail address. Please give us the number of copies you want, folding by chance and other details of printing, the procurer's name, the delivery and the billing address.

For our regular clients we can provide a dedicated ftp location, so it's not a problem to move big files either.

It's rare that we meet our clients, because we get ready quick with the stuff you sent in, and we deliver it by dispatch to the given address.

Fileformat:

The most practical thing is, that you send us your layouts in pdf format, so you can check the printed stuff immediately.

We advice to use the pdf printing software, given to the design software, e.g. Archicad - Amyuni pdf converter, but you can find many free pdf converter on the internet such as Pdfcreator: http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator/

Do not forget to check the multilanguage support in the printer's set if you use accentuated letters.

About using other fileformats ask our colleagues.

What we certainly cannot print is: dwg, dxf, cdr, pln, pla, because these are planfiles and in 95% of the cases they don't contain exact printing informations.

Sheetsizes:

The widths of rolls, that we can print, are the following: 297mm, 420 mm, 597 mm, 840 mm. So the classic A1+ size (610 mm) is unfortunately not available on the fields of the copymachines.

Location of the title block:

The title block, you put on the drawing, should be located below, on the right side and in a standing position on the max. 91 cm wide sheet, as the plan can be folded by machine. The layouts with lying title blocks can be folded only by hands, so they are more expensive.

Location of the drawing:

The machine can print with margins of min. 5 cm in all direction, so the informations outside of the margins will be lost.
